I like that you took the challenge in a different direction, playing with the definition of time as meter, like in a time signature of music. Concurrently, the light trails in the photo convey a passage of time, so you've got all the bases covered.
But maybe it's just me, I don't know that I would have figured out the subject of the photo without the description. So, the photo didn't "tell the story" for me.
